Oola Body Oil (“Oola”, “we”, “us”) is a small business based in Maine, USA. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. In short: we collect only what is needed to fill orders and answer messages, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order information. When you make a purchase: your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payments are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email, and the contents of your message.
- Newsletter. If you opt in: your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- Site usage. Basic analytics (pages visited, device type, rough location) to understand how the site is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To process and ship orders, and to email confirmations and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To send the occasional newsletter, only if you have opted in.
- To keep the store running and improve it.
What we share
Only what is necessary to run the store: your address with the shipping carrier to deliver your order, your payment details with the payment processor to charge your card, and your email with the email service to send order updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
